About
Public Media for All was founded in 2020 with the goal of ensuring our industry served everyone, especially those who were historically underserved. We focused on coalition building to form a support network committed to taking action to ensure that staff, audience, donors, and leadership of public media organizations reflected the communities they served. Our work continues to evolve, but our commitment to ensuring public media serves all remains resolute and more important than ever.
We’re grateful to the following public media organizations for their support during our founding.
